What is Vertical Raise?

The Durham Blues is excited to offer our players the opportunity to sell the Vertical Discounts App — formerly known as the Entertainment Book.

The Entertainment Book has been trusted for over 60 years, and now all its savings are available in one easy-to-use app. With access to every Entertainment Book in North America, the app includes more than 750,000 local and national discounts, making it valuable no matter where you travel across the continent.

The app costs just $25 and provides a full 1-year subscription. Supporters also have the option to add a donation at checkout, and on average, each purchase totals over $70.

Best of all, each player earns 70% from every app purchase and donation, making this fundraiser both high-value for players and a powerful way to raise money to put towards your basketball season.

How to Get set Up and What is needed:

1. All we need to get started is your name, email, and cell as well as a team logo.
2. The athletes will need to spend 15 minutes doing the following:

• Create a profile
• Share with their parents
• Enter 20 Emails of potential Supporters
• Enter 10 Cell #’s of Potential Supporters
• Click the one click share to Socials Button.

The platform will send out email, texts etc. and we can track the money that comes in.  We have full reporting of what every athlete raises, and did they do the 20,10,2 that we ask.  The fundraiser lasts for 3 weeks, and money is mailed to the SBA 3 days after the fundraiser closes.
